Return Policy

Important Information Due to the custom design, sizing and color choice, all sales are final, no returns. If you have questions about sizing or shirt colors, please ask before ordering!               We are NOT responsible if your items do not fit.

All sales are final.  You have seven days to return and two days to notify us to let us know there is a problem. The garment must be unwashed. Then and only then will we consider a return. DO NOT SEND IT BACK WITHOUT CONTACTING US FIRST!

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within seven days.

A Couple of Stitches Embroidery is not responsible for damage or loss as a result of shipments being returned to the freight location or being non deliverable as a result of incorrect address information you supply to us, or for inability of a recipient to receive the package on the day you specify that it should be delivered. We wish we could assure proper handling and prompt receipt of packages once they have been delivered to the third-party carrier (UPS, FedEx or USPS), but this, of course, is out of our control. If you would like insurance on your product you need to let us know before we ship.

Refunds and Exchanges To even be eligible for an exchange, you must first email us at info@acoupleofstitches.com within 2 days of receiving your product to alert us of any problems. Item/s must be shipped back to us at your expense. If we no longer have your item in stock, you will be offered a refund or exchange for another product.

Please note: Dark prints will not show on dark colors, and white prints will not show on light colors.      *Not all colors are available in all styles.

Photos are mockups of the actual shirt. Shirt color and graphic colors may vary slightly due to lighting and computer monitor settings. No decorations or accessories pictured are included. This listing is for the shirt/item only. Most of our items are custom made as ordered. Please allow 10-14 business days for processing. Due to slower shipping times, some orders may take longer.

**All orders are subject to shirt color availability. If a shirt is not available, we will notify you and give you the option of a refund or color change. ~ We inspect each garment/item for flaws or defects before we ship or deliver to you. We are not responsible for garment/items once you have them. We purchase quality apparel. We have no control on clothing falling apart. 

What can cause clothes to fall apart?
Here are some of our suggestions. Spinning too rapidly can pull clothing into the tiny holes and crevices of the washer drum and cause fibers to wear and tear.  Washing items with other apparel that have bling, zippers, buttons and other hard objects can scratch, tear or put holes in it.  Drying on hot can cause issues.  We have NO control over how it is washed or dried once sold.
