All Sales Are Final / Refund Policy
All sales are final. We accept returns for refund or exchange, for items damaged in transit.
A Couple of Stitches is not responsible for damage or loss as a result of shipments being returned to the freight location or being deliverable as a result of incorrect address information you supply to us, or for inability of a recipient to receive the package on the day you specify that it should be delivered.
We wish we could assure proper handling and prompt receipt of packages once they have been delivered to the correct mailing address by the third party carrier (UPS, FedEx or USPS), but this, of course, is out of our control.
Refunds and Exchanges
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us at email@example.com within 2 days of receiving your product to alert us of the damage, then return the damaged item to us. Upon receipt of the damaged item we will look over the item and get back to you. If we feel this was damaged in transit will ship out a replacement, if available. If a replacement is not available we will refund the full purchase price of your item.
