Some answers to FAQ’s

Actual product color may vary from the images shown. Every monitor or mobile display has a different capability to display colors, and every individual may see these colors differently. In addition, lighting conditions at the time the photo was taken can also affect an image’s color. 

Samples

We charge for all samples. This includes embroidery, vinyl, sublimation and any clothing. Unless otherwise noted.

Care Instructions

Embroidery, Vinyl, Sublimation & Transfers:

Regardless of the style, we recommend that all decorated garments be washed inside out. Follow the individual product’s care instructions paying particular attention to water temperature and drying recommendations.

Preferred Care Method:
Turn garment inside out. Machine wash Cold or Warm with mild detergent. NO Bleach! 

Dry at a low dryer setting on household machines or hang to dry. Do not dry clean. Do not iron directly on any design. “DO NOT PUT IRON ON DECORATION” “NO BLEACH”

Instructions apply to all embroidery, vinyl, sublimation and transfers, please follow garment washing instructions as well.

We inspect each garment/item for flaws or defects before we ship or deliver to you. We are not responsible for garment/items once you have them. We have no control on clothing falling apart or shrinking. We purchase quality apparel.

Shipping:

We are not responsible for lost, delayed or damaged items that we have shipped to you. You will need to contact the shipper and put in a claim.

What can cause clothes to fall apart?
Spinning too rapidly can pull clothing into the tiny holes and crevices of the washer drum and cause fibers to wear and tear. We have NO control over how it is washed or dried once sold.
